We had a York Unit installed on Friday. It took half a day which was quick enough to where our house didn’t become hot & could go about our day. Our system is working great! Instant cool and constant temperature. Such a big difference. They are Highly professional, honest, fair pricing & went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. This is a very special and a very different company. We have never encountered a company that so lives its values here in Florida like they do and we were blessed to find them. We wouldn't use anyone else! SUPER technical AND customer service from this company! Not only do they do a great job of assessing a customer's AC system and needs, but they do not oversell you on items that they deem you can do without, particularly if finances are a concern for you. The analysis of our system was accurate, the installation was perfectly done in one short day and the company personnel, from sales to installers to the administrative staff was very responsive and accommodating. We purchased a mobile home and needed to have the air conditioner serviced. We saw this company truck at our neighbors so called to schedule appointment. They got us on the schedule and arrived on time. Butch did a great job and explained what might be needed in the future. From the call to the service was very professional. I was beyond impressed to have had Tyler come to my house to look at the problems my wife and I were having with our AC unit. Talk about professional, he was so detailed and knowledgeable that he was able to find solutions to problems that were never considered before.
