BILLY SWANSON

PRESIDENT | 2ND GENERATION OWNER

In 1977, my father founded Tri County Air. Ten years later, my dad called me and asked me to join him full-time. At that time, I was working as an engineer in Gainesville and was considering a career change to go into full-time Christian ministry. Not only did my dad literally call me to come home, but I felt I was “called home” by my Heavenly Father as well. So, in 1987, I went home to share the love of Jesus with my family and friends while working full time at Tri County Air. My dad trusted in Jesus for salvation in 1993, and in 2001 he passed away from Alzheimer’s. My dad is now enjoying the benefits of eternal comfort in Heaven forever! Of course, cooling your home is a comfort much needed in Florida, but understanding and enjoying the eternal comfort we have in Jesus Christ is experiencing the greatest comfort.

JEFF OVERHOLT

MANAGER | 3RD GENERATION OWNER

I grew up with two key male figures in my life: my grandfather, who started Tri County Air in 1977, and my Uncle Bill, who brought vision and purpose to the company and eventually took over the responsibility. Although I grew up around the business, I went to school and graduated with a B.S. in Biblical Counseling and, despite my original plans, God apparently meant me to use that education at Tri County Air. I love working for this company that has vision, values, and a rich history of serving its customers. I grew up with my two cousins, David and Daniel, and am excited to work with them in the business to continue the legacy our family has built.

DAVID SWANSON

PROCESSING MANAGER | 3RD GENERATION OWNER

I have a passion for technology. I desire to make the process as simple as possible when it comes to bringing you comfort. Often there is a balance to efficiency and effectiveness. I strive to continue learning and improving myself and our processes and with them your lives as well. I am happy to work for a company that cares about the mission of comforting customers and enriching our employees’ lives and I hope to perpetuate that while I am here. I am married and have an amazing son who loves to come by and work at “Pop Pop’s County” I hope it gets to be something he is proud of as well.

DANIEL SWANSON

MANAGER | 3RD GENERATION OWNER

Having the opportunity to work for the company my grandfather built from the ground up is an absolute joy. Growing up, I never had a passion for filters, refrigeration, dehumidification, or air conditioning – but I do have a passion for people. It’s people that need comfort, and it’s people that do the comforting. I love that I get to serve those that I work with every day and encourage them to be the best version of themselves. I was born and raised in Florida and I’m married to my beautiful wife. When I’m not at work, you can find me playing or watching disc golf. I am honored to be able to continue the family tradition.

JIM ENTSMINGER

CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER

I believe in building a great work environment where people are valued, cared for, and empowered to be the best they can be. Strong stated company values combined with a focus on innovation and gifting are a key part of our Tri County Air culture. My many years of working with people have given me an appreciation for great customer service, my 37 years of living in Florida have given me a love for air conditioning! I enjoy walks and bike rides with my wife of 33 years and anything having to do with the Florida Gators!

HOLLY BURNETTE

HUMAN RESOURCES DIRECTOR
I’m a passionate HR professional dedicated to supporting our employees and reinforcing our need to live our corporate values. Originally from Connecticut, I relocated to SW Florida in 1995 where I live with my husband. I enjoy spending time with our adult children and grandchildren. Working at Tri County Air has re-inspired my faith in how an employer can provide comfort to employees and customers alike.

MATT KOEHL

SALES MANAGER
I passionately enjoy working together with all our customers to improve their comfort, which we consider and call family. I love being a dad and spending time with my wife and children; I enjoy camping, boating and playing a variety of sports with my kids!

SUSAN HARVEY

SCHEDULING MANAGER
I moved to Florida in 2011 and have been blessed to be a part of the Tri County family ever since! I look forward to assisting our customers with all of their scheduling needs.

RICH TREHUBA

INSTALL MANAGER
I have over 33 years of experience in the HVAC industry and have worked at Tri County Air since 2015. The proudest moment of my life was when I tricked my wife into marrying me. I enjoy training my team of rockstars to make sure our customers are always “compelled to tell” about our work.

SETH LISIK

SERVICE MANAGER
I entered the HVAC trade at 19, when Tri County Air gave me the opportunity to come work for them. I am committed to helping my team provide the best technical service possible. When I am not at Tri County Air, you can find me rebuilding my car or out riding my motorcycle.

RICH HART

CO-DIRECTOR OF COMFORT CARE

I grew up the youngest of five kids, which kept me humble. I became the father of three kids, which made me proud. I became the husband of my best friend, Barbie, which keeps me grounded. And I am the master of a yellow lab named Reagan, which keeps me hairy. I believe that every person is made in the image of God, and that He is wanting to write a story of redemption and grace into everybody’s lives due to the woundedness and brokenness in our world. My desire is to see people live out God’s story in such a way that honors Him.

BARBIE HART

CO-DIRECTOR OF COMFORT CARE

I LOVE people, and thrive when  I get to point them to Our Greatest Comforter, Jesus Christ. It is my pleasure to serve and encourage the Employee Family here at Tri County Air, alongside my Best Friend and Hubby, Rich Hart.

I am a blessed Mom of 3 fabulous kids, and happily live with the sweetest Yellow Labrador, who owns me.

When not at work, I can be found watching sunsets, biking, traveling, crafting, or baking something sweet.
