I have been working in Sarasota and the surrounding communities for about 30 years and I have enjoyed living in Florida. My wife Melodie and I enjoy all the great outdoors and sunshine Florida has to offer. We have an adult son and two cats. When I am not working, I enjoy most anything that has to do with outdoors and water, boating, fishing, and diving. I have been in this industry since 1984. In the beginning, I swept floors and took inventory. Over the 36+ years, I have been able to acquire vast knowledge of how air conditioning and heating systems can provide comfort.

DAVE SCHMIDT

OVER 31 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE

In 1989, I moved to Florida from South Jersey Shore and began working in the air conditioning and heating industry. I worked my way up and was promoted to Sales Manager at the end of that same year. In 2004, I decided to start my own A/C business and led my company until 2011. I proudly brought my customers to Tri County Air in 2012 and I have worked here ever since designing systems as a Comfort Advisor. The best part of my job is being able to meet people from all over the US and fulfill their needs.

BRYAN DOLPHIN

I am from Massachusetts and I moved to Florida in 2000. At first, I started working in the service industry as an Electrician, but I have been in the air conditioning industry specifically since 2011 when I started working for Tri County Air. I have gathered a lot of knowledge during my time here and have earned the Air Advice for Homes Certified Specialist designation and I am also a part of the Mitsubishi Electric Diamond Contractor Program. The greatest part of my job is being able to help customers while finding solutions to improve their comfort.

GEOFF STRUBLE

OVER 10 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE

I was born and raised in Venice, FL and graduated from Venice High School in 2004 where I met my beautiful wife, Cortney. We got married in 2009 and have two little ones – Mason and Ellie – and one dog, Mowgli. In 2010, I started working for Tri County Air where I worked my way up until becoming a Comfort Advisor. I was also a firefighter for the City of Venice until a knee injury forced me out of firefighting. The best part about my job here at Tri County Air is getting to meet so many customers. I enjoy arriving to a home without air and leaving the customer with cold air while providing them with the best options for their comfort. When I’m not working, I am spending time together with my family. I also enjoy golfing and cheering on the FSU Seminoles and Miami Dolphins!

TYLER GREEN

OVER 14 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE

I was born in Tampa along with my twin sister. Two short months later, my family moved to North Port and I have been there ever since. In 2006, I started working at Tri County Air, four months after graduating from North Port High School. I am married to my amazing wife Destiny, and we are parents to three crazy boys. We are devoted Tampa Lightning and Buccaneer fans. Since joining the Tri County Air family, I’ve done everything from new construction HVAC rough-ins to new equipment system installations; I have been a Service Technician and a Comfort Advisor. What I appreciate most about Tri County Air is that they are a Christian based company. The thing I truly love most about my job is my ability to use my knowledge to find solutions that best suit my customers and to meet their comfort needs.

DUSTIN WORLEY

I started my air conditioning career about 17 years ago working in the warehouse of my family’s air conditioning company in Ft. Myers. I worked my way up from assembling new construction jobs to lead install for new construction and retrofit installs on existing homes, then to a commercial/residential service tech.
