Starter Membership*

The Importance:

Manufacturers are now requiring that maintenance be performed at least once per year by an authorized dealer in order to keep a limited manufacturer’s warranty in good standing.

The Cost:**

  • $120 – 1 Residential Tune-Up Per Year
  • $216 – 2 Residential Tune-Ups Per Year
  • $96 – 1 Manufactured Tune-Ups Per Year
  • $192 – 2 Manufactured Tune-Ups Per Year

The Benefits:

  • 10% discount off service repairs.
  • No overtime charges – Period.
  • Priority Service – Membership customers receive priority scheduling ahead of non-agreement customers; however, wait times may still be several hours due to weather conditions.

Complete Membership*

The Importance:

Maintenance is required to ensure that your limited manufacturer’s warranty is not voided. While you may have a warranty, it is limited, which means there will still be out-of-pocket costs in the case of a repair. The purchase of the Complete Membership would reduce that risk and cover the remaining costs if a repair were to occur. Limitations apply.

The Cost:**

  • $180 – 1 Tune-Up Per Year
  • $276 – 2 Tune-Ups Per Year

The Benefits:

  • Includes everything listed in Starter Membership
  • Covers the remainder due for additional fees, parts and/or labor excluded by the fine print in your limited manufacturer’s warranty. Limitations apply.

Which Is Best For You?

Do you want your air conditioning system to last as long as possible?

If so, consider signing up for our Starter Membership to keep your system clean, increasing its efficiency and longevity. Not only is regular maintenance essential to your system’s health, but it is also required by manufacturers in order to keep your warranty in good standing.

Is your air conditioner or heater COVERED by both a parts and labor limited manufacturer’s warranty?

If so, consider signing up for our Complete Membership. This plan can supplement some of the unknown fees and/or charges associated with a limited manufacturer’s warranty.  Limitations apply, please see the details below.

*All agreements exclude coverage for the following: rust, corrosion, mold, mildew, wires, breakers, ducts, condensate pumps, or anything external of the equipment or maintenance issues.
