Which is best for you?

• In Florida, air conditioning is a necessity, not a luxury. Therefore, the bottom line is everyone needs a Maintenance Agreement because it ensures that your limited manufacturer's warranty is not voided and could potentially save you money on your electric bills.

• Is your air conditioner or heater NOT covered by a limited manufacturer's warranty? If so, consider signing up for our Parts + Labor Agreement to ensure that both your parts and labor are covered in case of an emergency.

• Is your air conditioner or heater COVERED by only a limited manufacturer's parts warranty (no labor coverage)? If so, consider signing up for our Labor + Gap Protection Plan. This plan ensures that if anything were to go wrong, Tri County Air would cover the cost of labor while the cost of parts would be covered by your limited manufacturer's warranty.

• Is your air conditioner or heater COVERED by both a parts and labor limited manufacturer's warranty? If so, consider signing up for our Maintenance + Gap Protection Plan. This plan ensures that if anything were to go wrong, the remaining fees, parts and/or labor excluded by the fine print in your limited manufacturer's warranty would be covered by Tri County Air while the cost of parts and labor would be covered by your limited manufacturer's warranty.
