Parts & Labor Agreement

The Importance:

Most manufacturers' warranties only last for 5 years. Once your limited manufacturers' warranty expires, it's time to start looking at Parts + Labor Coverage which includes Tri County coverage on both parts and labor.

The Benefits:

  • Priority Service - Agreement customers receive priority scheduling ahead of non-agreement customers.

For a system between the ages of 6 and 10 years.
  • Covers parts, labor and compressor.**

  • • $419 - 2 Residential Tune-Ups Per Year (RJ2)

  • • $379 - 2 Manufactured Tune-Ups Per Year (MJ2)

For a system between the ages of 2 and 20 years.
  • Covers parts, labor.** (Excludes compressor, evaporator, coil and condensing coil)
  • • $249 - 1 Residential Tune-Up Per Year (RS1)
  • • $329 – 2 Residential Tune-Ups Per Yr (RS2)
  • • $209 – 1 Manufactured Tune-Up Per Yr (MS1)
  • • $269 – 2 Manufactured Tune-Ups Per Yr (MS2)

Maintenance Agreement*

The Importance:

Manufacturers' are now requiring that maintenance be performed at least once per year by an authorized dealer in order to keep a limited manufactures warranty in good standing.

The Benefits:

  • 15% Discount off service repairs
  • No overtime charges - Period.
  • Priority Service - Agreement customers receive priority scheduling ahead of non-agreement customers.

The Cost:

The Importance:

If you have a current limited manufacturers' parts only warranty, why not get your labor covered also? With this agreement, your labor will be covered through TriCounty when you have a parts and compressor coverage through a limited manufacturers' warranty. This also inlcludes the Gap Protection Plan. For Systems 2 - 12 years old.

Gap Protection Plan*

The Importance:

The Gap Protection Plan covers the remainder due for additional fees, parts and/or labor excluded by the fine print in your limited manufactures warranty.

Note:

Must be purchased with a Maintenance Agreement and applicable parts and labor limited manufacturers’ warranty.”

• Is your air conditioner or heater COVERED by a limited manufacturers' warranty?...If so, consider signing up for our Labor + Gap Protection Plan. This agreement ensures that if anything were to go wrong, Tri County would cover the cost of labor while the cost of parts would be covered by your limited manufacturers' warranty.
