Tri County Air Missions Efforts

On Sunday, August 30th Venice Cares, also known as Serve Florida and the Tri County Community Foundation, partnered with First Baptist Church Bradenton to host a fundraiser for their youth missions efforts.

Tri County Air’s Grill-Master, Javier Lima, got rave reviews for his Cuban style chicken. Our Marketing Assistant, Christen Cowan, had the pleasure of sharing our President, Billy Swanson’s, heart for missions. Billy’s primary calling is ministry through Jesus Christ. Billy has traveled to Russia, Republic of Georgia, Haiti, Mexico, and more on mission trips throughout his adult life, even living in Russia as a missionary with his family at one point. His goal is to use Tri County Air to comfort our community and show everyone the love of Christ. You can even see it in our company’s mission statement: “To comfort all in such a way that they are compelled to tell others about their experience and it honors the Great Comforter, Jesus Christ.” Christian missions efforts are so close to his heart that Tri County Air is sending a team of employees and volunteers to Nassau, Bahamas to work with the Ranfurly Home and the Bain and Grants Town Urban Renewal Program in October.

We’re so happy for the opportunity to work with First Baptist Church Bradenton.
