We have received many questions from customers about what we are doing to keep them safe during this COVID-19 pandemic. Since we are considered an essential business, we are fully functioning, but we are doing so with special care for the health of both our customers and our employees. Here is what we are doing to operate safely in order to protect you, your families, our employees, and their families:
- The majority of our office staff are working from home in an effort to “flatten the curve.” They are doing a great job serving you and working together remotely.
- Billy Swanson, the Owner and President of Tri County Air, has asked that our technicians maintain a 10-foot distance between themselves and other employees/customers. The CDC recommends a minimum social distance of 6 feet, but we are going to operate by exceeding that recommended distance in an effort to better serve and protect you and our employees.
- Our technicians have been equipped with and are using gloves, masks, disinfectant wipes, hand sanitizer, soap, and shoe covers.
- If any of our employees feel sick, they have been asked to stay home.
The main thing we want to focus on is distance. Would you please help us by maintaining a 10-foot distance between yourselves and our technicians? We know a lot of you enjoy watching us work, and normally we would welcome it, but during this time we simply ask that you observe from no less than 10 feet away. This way, everyone stays as healthy as possible!
Thank you so much. We appreciate your cooperation as we work hard to serve your family while keeping everyone healthy!
