We would not be where we are today without our loyal customers. When you become a Tri County Air customer, you become family. We are so thankful for each and every one of you.

Our employees are truly the best in the business and this accomplishment showcases all of their hard work and dedication to our mission: “To comfort all in such a way that they are compelled to tell others about their experience and it honors the Great Comforter, Jesus Christ.” This award is further proof that our hard work is paying off and we are fulfilling our mission in our community.

Swanson Family Heritage

Tri County Air Conditioning and Heating is a 2nd generation family owned company with the 3rd generation working in the business today. Though it is a little early to say if the 4th generation will want to take the reins someday, it is evident that the Tri County Air mantra of excellence and community service runs in the family. Tri County Air was established in 1977 and has served the communities of Manatee, Sarasota, and Charlotte counties every day since.
